Increased Talent Demand: The success of the programme has increased the desire from all business units within Jardines to have access to this talent pool.

“The partnership between DBL and Jardines is like an extension to our team. On the delivery front my team worked seamlessly with their team, working on all elements from practicalities of the programmes, to the design and briefing of Jardines Leaders. On the strategy front, working with DBL provides us with the opportunity to receive relevant support on trends that are happening in the early careers market and cutting edge reflection on evolving learning/development space. In addition, we have access to thought partners to create and continue to review and develop our programmes."
