Solutions

Tailored Curriculum Design: DBL worked closely with Fidelity International to design learning curricula that were tailored to the unique needs and backgrounds of each population. Graduate, Apprentice, and Intern programmes were structured to provide targeted learning experiences, ensuring that the content is relevant and engaging.​

Mentorship and Coaching: Fidelity International initiated peer coaching which DBL supported through the provision of guidance resources for coaches to use during coaching sessions that provide guidance, support, and real-world insights.​
